Opposition desperation over VVPAT issue indication of their defeat: Ram Vilas Paswan

LJP Chief and Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan has criticized opposition over EVM issue alleging that their desperation over the VVPAT is an indication of their defeat in the Lok Sabha polls.

Talking to media in New Delhi today, Mr. Paswan said, those opposing EVMs want to drag India back to the time when money and muscle power decided elections. He said, the Supreme Court has heard the issue four times and cleared the air. The LJP leader accused the opposition of concocting stories on VVPAT sensing its defeat.
